  • Single oven events require a 10x10’ flat space. This could be in a parking lot, residential street, driveway, etc. If there’s a flat path that meets our width requirements, it could even be your backyard!

  • We have two freestanding Bella ovens that are transported all around the Bay Area, as well as one oven that is retrofitted onto the back of our 1955 Jeep “Willy”.

    The Jeep typically stays local, so if your event is outside of the general Presidio area we will likely be bringing one of our other ovens.

    We also have a Gozney oven that is perfect for smaller events!

  • Our Bella ovens are 42” D x 46” W and weigh over 500lbs. The Gozney is 26” H x 24.8” D x 28.8” W and weighs approximately 150lbs.

    Our pizza tables vary in size: 26” D x 75-98” W

  • We offer 3-hour service windows for both food and bar. You are able to extend either one at a price point that depends on your event specifications.

    We may be able to offer a reduced minimum spend requirement or lower per person price point for shorter events.

  • Our chefs will arrive with the oven between 1.5-2 hours before the event start time. Front of house staff will typically arrive at least 2 hours prior to the event start, depending on the setup needs.

  • Compostable paper plates & cutlery are included in our pricing, and disposable cups are included in most beverage packages.

    We also provide bamboo plates at cost. We do not provide dinnerware or glassware, but we are more than happy to assist in facilitating rental orders.

  • For reception style events with passed items, as well as buffet style events, we provide all the necessary serveware.

    This includes platters, serving utensils, chafing dishes, risers, cutlery and napkin holders, and more.

    For seated, family style events it will depend on the menu selections and guest count, but the serveware will usually need to be rented.

  • We may require an outlet for evening events when our lighting is needed for the oven.

  • We typically don’t require either. An exception might include events where we aren’t using our oven - e.g. it’s unavailable, our setup requirements aren’t met or it’s a pizza-free menu.

  • We have two 6’ folding tables that can be used for buffet/grazing or bar/back bar. We also have three narrow 4’ folding tables with adjustable legs.

    If we aren’t using all of our wood tables for food preparation, then one can sometimes be available for grazing.
